3 Phase Stator with extra Wire.

So this 2006 Qlink Pegasus 150 CC . Has a 4th wire that is Black and Red with the Harness. Since I still have a no Spark problem. I put a test light in
the wire and it Pulses when engine turns over.? Te CDI box has a 4 plug and a 2 plug .The 2 plug has only 1 wire in it. But CDI box has an extra terminal in it. Dose this extra wire need to be inserted into 2 plug terminal to power CDI box to Coil.? All Elect parts replaced including new Harness Grds are good and all safety switches and Fuses good as well.
