Lost keys!!

THANK YOU, I ORDERED THE PGO IGNITIONS! Where can I get replacement keys? I have lost keys to 2 Buddy's and a Roughhouse, I removed the ignition and have the 4 digit code on the bottom but locksmith cut keys (I provided the PGO blanks) and they do not work! Thank you, Shep
