Steps to get Hooligan 170i working again? (Stored 2 years)

Hello,
I moved to Arizona about 2.5 years ago, and unfortunately never renewed my motorcycle license as I started working from home during pandemic times. My 2019 Hooligan has just been sitting in the garage for the past few years. I got a new battery about 6 months ago and tried to start it. The lights would come up on the dash, but no letters, symbols, and it would just turn over. I expect by now I will need a new battery again (as it wont even light up now). But could anyone give me advice on other steps I would need to get it running? Flush the gas out of the system somehow? Oil change?
