It might be on the "Dragon", judging by the number of MCs on the road.. Looks to me like the riders were too over-confident and sped by a slower moving SUV or pick-up on an outside curve, then couldn't scrub off enough speed to get back into the line of the next inside curve. One rider disappears over the cliff, the other does a balancing act and just manages to stay on the road...!
Over-confidence, man... it can get yer, thas for sure!
