I'm a pretty femme guy, but those look sort of too craft-fair even for me. IMHO a cheapo construction vest looks better, or an Icon mil-spec vest (go butch!)
I know Crystal at girlbike was excited about those because the mil-specs aren't cut for girls. And the price is decent. I just don't want to look like a fluorescent Mercantile Exchange runner, without sleeves.
The "flower" looks sort of like the Lambretta GP "Ink Stain"

There was a scooter club in Chicago (well, two girls, for about two hours) called the "Menstrual Cycles" and my friend was trying to talk them into using the "ink stain" in red as their logo, but they were Vino riders and didn't "get it." Shame, that would have been a great logo.
