Modern Buddy

Hello, my name is ____ and I'm a scooter addict. Nobody told me about this! Since buying our (my) Pamplona My wife and I have spent countless hours perusing Craigslist for other scooters and all sites scooter related.

The kids were starving ( the dog is missing, hmmm...), the house is a wreck, clothes aren't washed, repairs aren't being done...

So we did something about it- we bought another scoot! Kymco agility 125 and now she has the Pamplona. I like it a lot so far, and the price was great!

What a man! Glad to see that you have dealt with your problem in a positive manner and taken forceful steps to make it worse.
In time you will realize that so much money that used to be spent frivolously on things like gasoline can now be spent for a housekeeper, a cook, why maybe even a pool girl! Or not. Your wife might not like that.
When your addiction is this bad, you have to find a way to make it a positive.

pamplona's a beauty isn't she?!!!!

After I bought my scooter, my very patient wife expected that my many years-long scooter lust and obsession would abate. Instead, I discovered forums, learned more about my scooters and others, started buying accessories, talking about little else but scooters...

Then she bought one.

And the addiction continues. It'll never end!

Hi I am an addict too........I bought my first scooter 20 months ago with the intention to save gas, that was fine and dandy at first, but now I could care less....almost purchased my fifth today (Wife is slightly aggitated).

Be Careful People, it is an addiction!!!

at least you're man enough to admit it...i'm still in de-nile. how's the agility by the way, i had a hard time choosing between the agility or the rattler. i eventually went with the rattler.

I haven't driven the Agility long enough to really say, and unfortunately when I rode it home I had to baby it because of engine break-in and all that. But initially it seems like a nice ride. It does accelerate well and I've been told the top end speed is comparable to the Buddy. You can't beat the price, though. Because the tires are a little bigger, it seems to ride a little better than the Buddy (of course, that is totally subjective and open to debate )

I test drove a Rattler- that is an awesome little scoot!

This is not a lie:
The week before I decided to buy my scoot. I couldn't eat, couldn't sleep. I actually had asomnia, and started hallicinating!
Then once I got it I couldn't sleep either because all I wanted to do was ride it or just look at it.

I'm just glad I don't have any money, or I would have a REALLY hard time not buying more scoots. That baby blue Stella in the window is just a dream right now... she will be mine, oh yes, she will be mine...
