is there a BEST taiwan manufacturer?

I'm new to the site and interested in getting either a Buddy or a Rattler. There are so many other Taiwan scooter manufacturers that my head is spinning-- TGB, Kymco, etc...
I heard that TGB and PGO actually make parts for Piaggio.
Is there a BEST Taiwanese company?

Yeah, theres this great company named PGO.
I think PGO is the best myself, but people say TGB/kymco are comparable to PGO in quality.

Ummm, most people probably think whoever built their scooter is the best.
In other words, I don't really know.

well, in Taiwan the number 1 and 2 scooter companies are SYM and Kymco- they seem to swap the top spot back and forth.
Yamaha Taiwan comes in 3rd and PGO, Adly TGB follow.
my next bike will either be SYM or PGO (Genuine).

Kymco and SYM are the two HUGE producers of scooters, PGO is big too, but not as big. Quality wise, they are similar.

tough one to call, i would put sym,kymco and pgo in equal as they are all very good.
though i have seen more rough sym's and yamahas then kymcos and pgos which might mean something.
