So I decided to head down to the petsmart and grocery store. Grabbed a 2 lbs cansiter of chicken jerky and some liver treats for my dog, then grabbed some milk and a Dijiorno pizza. On the way out of the parking lot I see another scooterist. Of course he stops I pull up, we pull off our helmets and chat and check out each other's ride. He was riding a red sunl adventure 150

Needless to say he loved my Buddy. I promptly gave him directions to the buddy dealer, advised him of their June order and told him about this website, Woot!

My outing was a perfect trip.

I'm so envious! Congrats on your first ride! I'm still limiting myself to my neighborhood but pretty soon I'm going to HAVE to brave it a little to get gas. Congrats again!

Those chinese bikes are horrible! Slow as heck, and they have wiring problems, that exact bike. Your buddy is like a ferrari compared to those chinese bikes.

Don't be hatin' jfrost! It doesn't matter if you're right, think of it as a learner's bike. You learn how to break down, and learn how to fix a multitude of issues on your own (due to a lack of a good support network) and learn that it's wort a little more $$$ to buy from a good dealer. Reminds me of my truck

Today was my first ride out of my neighbourhood as well! I wanted to test out the ride to the MSF training site, it's a bit far without taking freeways, but it worked out great! It was about 12 miles each way and I had a blast. It was my first big ride on the scoot and I can't wait to do more!
