I dont think a scooter is anymore risky than a motorcycle, both have 2 wheels, a engine, and both have risks.

I think the police have it the worst – not jus bad drivers, but all the crazies they have to deal with.

That's not really a poll, it's a quantitative question that has a finite answer, however hard it may be to find that answer considering all the possible variables and metrics. : )

Ha. Sorry, that's just one of my pet peeves.

"What's your favorite Buddy color" is a good poll question, because you're gauging the preferences of the people polled. "Who do you plan to vote for?" is a perfectly legitimate poll question "Who will win the election?" is not. No one knows the answer to that. "Should Kevin get custody of Britney's kids?" What? When did everyone on the internet pass the bar exam?
