Freeway Riding

So today I braved the 520 bridge that goes from Seattle to Bellevue Washington. It is a 50mph speed limit most of the way with parts that are 60. It was totally fine, except for the wind, which was moving my around in my 1/3 of the lane. It was really nice on the Bellevue side they are testing a quiet pavement, which has a mix of rubber in it, it is sooooo smooth, and quiet, and on the way back, with the aid of a slight tail wind, I hit my new top speed. 71 indicated! I am really excited to break the 70 mark! Now I am going to go warm up because this whole ride was in about 45 degree cloudy misting weather...
