other then engine size, it appears the same. and as an FYI, that engine is a GY6 clone so it's also a duplicate of a honda item.

Seems really wrong to me. Honda likely has some pretty good shysters...

It could be a licensed model, actually. Or it could be that this is from the same factory that makes or used to make the Ruckus for Honda. CF Moto has a Honda Helix clone because they made that bike on behalf of Honda for decades. Likewise the Stella is an LML clone of the Vespa PX. It looks to me to not be a rip off, but rather to be the actual Ruckus but with different badging. It's not a bad angle actually, as I had planned to do a GY6 engine swap on a Ruckus this winter. If I could just buy it outright, that's not an awful prospect. Of course that's all contingent on it being an actual Ruckus and not a bad imitation that simply looks the same.

I just got off the phone with the one dealer here in Minnesota who carries these, and he couldn't tell me if it was a direct clone or if it simply looks like the Ruckus. Hard to tell. If all the aftermarket Ruckus stuff was bolt-on, that'd be a pretty sweet starter bike for a hot rod Ruckus project...

If the engine last and works fine, it could be a good scoot for the same price of a 50cc ruckus. But for now the time being, it's new, it's chinese, dont trust it till some people can buy, test, and review it.

But it being done by honda, it's easier to trust, sorta like how the kymco agility is made in china, but still by kymco. When you have some re-re-rebranded bike sold under a infinite amount of different names, it's hard to tell if the quality is trust worthy or just another chinese piece of junk.

Although the company has the bike in nearly every color in existence, that is pretty nice.

The dealer I talked to today said that they can only actually get it in black. It could be that someone had the bright idea of sourcing the Ruckus frame and some of its running gear and then just mating it to a bigger engine. The ebay price of a complete 150cc GY6 is right around $250, so that price point is about right for something that would be mass produced. I'd want hard evidence that it was really a Ruckus frame though, not some spot-welded chinese POS look-alike.
