Try www.uralchicago.com They go by the name True Imports when you call them up, but its really them on the phone. I saw a bunch of rear racks in chrome when i was there, and i know only 2 of them were Blurs cause I bought one of them, along with the elusive blur windshield they have a couple of too. See if they will ship it out for you if they did in fact have buddy racks.

Thanks everyone. I have gotten some good leads here and in PM's. I will do some digging tomorrow and try to find one at a reasonable cost.

Haha, no. Their inventory list is sooooo out of date. They have been moving scooters faster than they could keep up with the list. That was the 10 they bought out of the last batch from the warehouse or something. They have ZERO Blurs left for sale. Of the 5 left last saturday when I was there, I brought one home today, and the other 4 are hold or sold already less than a week later.

I ordered one from eco moto like 2 weeks ago along with a topcase.. as far as i know im no closer to getting them..

It sucks when vendors don't tell you stuff is out of stock until after you place your order.

I was getting paranoid waiting for my scooter to come in (expected less than 2 weeks), so today I called and Ducat Seattle had one black rack left (which I think looks great on the Tangerine). The only way I could hold that rack was to buy it over the phone, which I did. Chrome is of course on back order indefinitely.

They really didn't expect this demand.

I bought both front and a rear chrome racks formy Pamplona today at Twist N Scoot in Atlanta. Here's the best part, only $55 each. Deal-o-rama. They had several more in stock.

Did you get the original design rear rack?

OR did you get the new improved designed rear rack with the solid bar across?

Getting a rear rack of any sort is a major find! Deal-o-rama for sure!

I heard the same thing last year. Lets see, at least 70-80% of the people that buy a Buddy buy a rear rack. If Genuine ordered 12,000 scoots built this year by PGO (or whatever is the correct number) then they would need about 10,000 racks. This failure to plan ahead with popular accessories and frequently needed parts is discouraging and a bit hard to understand. After all Genuine and the dealer make a profit on the accessories as well as the scoots. Not to mention keeping their customers happy.
