attaching the hardcase?

I bought the hardcase for my Buddy Pamplona from my local dealer, but it didn't come with instructions. I've successfully attached my rear rac, but I am baffld by the hardware that came with the hardcase. Have any of you installed one? Any tips?

The black flat plate that comes with the case bolts ontop of the rack itself. Once that is on, the case itself bolts on with 4 bolts. I forget the process, but it took me only 5-10 minutes to do all this on my dad's pamplona. All you gotta do is make sure you do each screw 1/4th of the way until tight. Dont wrench each screw down as hard as you can, do them all slowly until they are tight.
