An Omen

Post by TheeSadTransmissions »

Picking up my scooter on Saturday and just noticed my cage has a flat. I'm going to take this as an Omen...or a sign that it has accepted it's fate as the second rate vehicle.

I felt very very bad for my former car as I neglected it in favor of scootering. It sat in the driveway, battery dead, in need of a new clutch, dirty and useless. I finally donated it.

maybe the cage just refused to make it easy to go out and cheat on him.

have ya'll seen those avis commercials, with the car being left in the parking lot while the guy goes to pick up his rental? those are quite sad. i bet that's how my tracker maria panchita feels every time she sees me zoom off on ines. :(

I imagine my Sophy (Sportage) will be completely okay with me using an alternative mode of transportation. She was purchased as a more fuel efficient alternative to the gas guzzlers so she is well acquainted with my greening self.

I suspect the flat was a sad response to knowing you will not be grinning as often in the cage as you will on the scoot...
Yes, it's fast. No, you can't ride it.

Now I just need to find a way to attach a hitch to my buddy so I can sell the cage. It really just exists to cart amps to and from practice/shows.

Ultimate goal...Scooter Tour!
