I don't know how to post links, but the article in question discussed the recent increase in scooter popularity. It went so far as to mention licensing requirements here in California, but failed to mention registration and insurance requirements. What irritated me more were the letters to the editor which stated that this was a good thing because "it provided more organ donors"....and they quoted motorcycle death statistics against those of cagers....guess these morons didn't realize there ARE licensing requirements here in CA, and that scooterists are not into 180 mpg drags on the freeway (I saw one of those idiots the other day passing me on the freeway like I was standing still...)
