Peeling chrome around my headlight

Has anyone else experienced peeling directly under my headlight? I know it's a small thing but I feel I should show it to the dealer. It's due for a tune up almost 500 miles. I would appreciate feedback? :?

It seems a little early for that to happen. I would ask that it be fixed.
