Tri-Club Ride in Tucson 7/18 - Post Ride pics

We are having a tri-club ride to one of the top motorcycling roadways in the nation this Saturday. The Metro-Phoenix, Green Valley and Sky Island Riders Scooter Clubs are meeting to ride Mt Lemmon. 26 miles and nearly 7000 feet of elevation and at least 30 degrees cooler, with many, many twisties.
We are meeting at Le Buzz coffe shop at the corner of Tanque Verde and Catalina Highway at 9am. See the Sky Island Riders website or the Metro-Phx meet-up site for all the gory details.

What a great ride today! We had not three, but four clubs represented. Thanks to Green Valley for the initial idea, thanks to Metro-Phoenix enduring the heat to ride down to Tucson for the ride, and special thanks to GGR for your surprise appearance to the ride. Of course, a big thanks to the Sky Island riders who made it out as well. We had 24 total riders by my count. That is excellent! The ride up Mt Lemmon was awesome as usual. Traffic was light. It was 72 degrees at the top and 108 at the bottom.
