Slaughterhouse Chicago: Labor Day Weekend

Hey, Chicago's oldest and biggest scooter rally is this weekend:

It's the fifteenth year, and it's always great. Lots to do, something for everyone, and everyone's invited. We get people from all over the midwest and lots of locals, too. The Saturday ride usually tops 200 scooters!

I'm the only person who's been to all 15, so I guess I'll be there, ha. Track me down, I'd love to meet you all!

Some friends of mine are coming from Florida, and I wish I could go with them... Another friend of
mine just moved to Chicago too, so I would have a place to stay! Too bad I can't get time off work.

PeeCola! Woo! Did I ever ask you if you know Eric "Elvis" Jones, used to run East Hill CD? I love that guy. If he's coming up, don't tell me, I wanna be surprised. : )

EVERYBODY asks me if I know Elvis. I may have sent him an email back and forth before, but I've never met him. Couldn't tell ya if he's coming or not.

I ALMOST live in the suburbs! Actually, my zip code says I live in Elmwood Park, but tell that to the City of Chicago tax assessor.

I'll probably miss Thurs and Fri, but I'll be there Saturday, probably arrive on my Andretti (gotta ride that thing for once) then I'm supposed to test ride the SYM Wolf or Symba during the group ride. Then I'll be there Sunday on my Blur, because it's good for jumpin' over ramps. : )
