Hey gang,

Jeremy with Amerivespa Indy here. I thought this would be a great way to keep everyone in the loop in regards to our big event this June in Indy. We're really looking forward to showcasing our city and bringing everyone together for one of the biggest and best rallies yet.

If you haven't heard we're doing a lap on the historic Indianapolis Motor Speedway Oval. That and we're completely shutting down main street in Speedway Indiana for our Saturday concourse, gymkhana, and vendors showcase. Along with many other surprises!

We also secured what we consider to be a super sweet deal with the Sheraton City Centre hotel. It's right downtown on the circle with all the amenities you would expect. Your stay even includes free scooter parking in a safe and secure garage in the hotel.

The schedule is as follows;

Thursday:
9:30am-6pm Southern Indiana Long Ride
11am-12pm Lunch at Vespa Shelbyville
6pm-9pm Meet and Greet at Daredevil Brewing Co

Friday:
10:30am-6pm: Poker Run
Slow ride, Fast ride, and Vintage Rides
6pm-7pm: IMS Track lap
7pm-12am: Party at the Radio Radio

Saturday:
8am-10am: Pajama Ride
11am-12pm: Escorted ride to Main St. Speedway
12pm-4pm: Concourse, Gymkhana, and Vendors Row
7pm-11pm: Banquet at Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre

Sunday:
11am - 6pm Tour of Indianapolis

The same weekend as Amerivespa, there will be a Pride Fest in Indy, with a parade on Saturday morning, which we strongly support and endorse.

We've reached out to the parade organizers and they would love to have a group of scooters from all over the country in their parade.

There will be an organized ride to the parade and a led ride afterwards out to Speedway. There will be no entry fee for the riders, that will be taken care of by the VCOA.

For anyone not wanting to ride in the parade, there will be a led ride out to Speedway later that morning.

So how many scoots from how many states can we get together for this?

Any more details on schedule? Once we register is there additional info in the packets? Is there a deadline for registration that I missed someplace?
