Hooters on Scooters is a Tulsa area All-Girl scooter club. To become a member, you must be a woman and ride a scooter. Pretty simple, yes? Our annual Birthday Party/Kickoff Meeting is this weekend! Ladies, bring your ideas and any scooter-riding (or scooter-riding wannabe) women you know. In true birthday fashion, refreshments will be served.
