Since the map function seems to be down, I just wanted to see if there were any local area folks interested in getting together.
Let me introduce myself. My name is Jess. I live in Raleigh, and have been the proud owner of my Buddy 50 for nearly 3 weeks now. I see plenty of scooters on the Raleigh roads, but I've yet to see a Buddy. I'd love to meet some of you local riders!

Hey Jessica - I am not in Raleigh, but Greensboro. I got my Buddy 50 at the beginning of July - I love it!
I've seen a couple of Buddy's running around Greensboro. Did you buy your scoot in Raleigh? The vendor may be able to hook you up with a local riding club to help you find more Buddy friends. We have such a group that has monthly scoot-ins at a local restaurant and organizes group rides.
I doubt I'll be riding in Raleigh anytime soon (or, um, maybe not at all because it would take me forever to get there, but you never know), but I'll think a happy thought for you the next time I get on my scoot

meep meep!

The closest Buddy dealer to me is Scooternerds on Battleground Ave in Greensboro. That's where I got Peggy. I really liked that shop and everyone was super helpful. I'll be back up that way soon for my 300 mile service. I have noticed lots of things seem to be going on in Greensboro. Hopefully things will catch on in Raleigh soon. Scooternerds said they're looking to open up a shop here in the future. Thanks for the happy thoughts.Pekabou wrote: I've seen a couple of Buddy's running around Greensboro. I hope we'll see you around at a scoot in or ride or something!
