Is it me?

Post by Drum Pro »

It seems to me that the stock mirrors on my Stella are absolutely useless... Is there a fix for that?

This is a common subject, and if you search for the words "Stella mirrors" you will get a few hits.

I myself can only see my shoulders in my stock mirrors...

Some advise taking the stems off the scoot, and bending either the stem or the bracket so that the mirrors are more widely spaced.

I myself am looking for 14" long threaded stems to mount a pair of Stadium style mirrors, but have had no luck yet.

They're not completely useless for me as I'm used to moving my body around to accommodate things made for normal sized people, but longer mirrors are definitely on my wishlist.

I took them off and put leg shield mirrors on, that way I still can't see anything, AND I don't have to look at my shoulders.
"Stella" is Latin for "use threadlocker on all fasteners"
