suddenly no spark

Scoot was running fine then started to miss then it died. no spark . It only started to do this morning when I adjusted my stators timing. Engine is getting fuel ok . just no spark. Frusterated ! checked the fuse behind the battery . not shorted out . any idea whats going on ? Iggy box ? bad sparkplug ?

Why did you change the timing and what is it set at? By set I don't mean the stamped markings...how many degrees BTDC.

Unplug the wire to the kill button. It is under the horn cast. The Stella switches are shit. You still have the ignition switch to shut off the engine.

D##% Ignition CDI !! Had the scoots original 2T cdi in my car trunk and wired it back in and the scoot started right up ! I spent $40 for the one that just bit the dust from sip last year . So much for that ! :cry: :cry: :cry:
