Guy at work has a 2-cycle Stella.

With 4 speeds.

Does it have a gearbox as part of the engine case?
How does power get to the rear wheel? is there a chain? I haven't really looked at it. Cool bike though.

Direct drive continuously meshed gearbox power transferred through the clutch
