I'm super short and I need to lower the Stella. I'm wondering if I can remove the spacers in the rear shocks to drop it any. Or if anyone has any other suggetions. I've already looked into getting a shorter seat.

You can cut down the seat. I've never heard of lowering it by any other means. I will say, though, you'll get used to the difference in height. I am really short-legged, and so I used to wear only 2" platform shoes on mine, but now I can wear whatever. If you can handle the Buddy, you'll adjust to Stella.

scooter works sells a nice 1 person racing seat with adapter for large frames that will work on a Stella. I got 1 on my Chetak its ok for 2 hr rides and looks great.

I think the '05 Stellas do have the adjustable Bitubo shocks. I think '08s on do not. I don't think this would really help out with height adjustment though. The best thing to do would probably get a low profile seat.
