glove tip

Hey all...just to chime in with some winter wear tips. I've been using neoprene gloves for two years now. They are similar to these:

I've gone through a couple pairs as they tend to wear out quickly (maybe once a season)...but they are dirt cheap @ around $12.00.
Wicking tends to be a problem if they aren't lined, but I deal with this by using cheap liners (the one size fits all type jobs you find in the ladies section for about $1.00).
Warm enough for commutes of about 30 minutes or so when it's between 30-40F out.
