Modern Buddy

I want to get my stella fitted with this exhaust. It handles the hills here in Portland well until I start heading west. There are some long sustained hills that I would like to have more power on. Everyone tells me to install this exhaust.

So when I buy it what size jets should I switch to? Like I said I am in portland oregon. We are basically at sea level. So please give me the beginner information. What size and all that jazz. I found some things on the net about fine tuning but I am unclear on rejetting from the start.

So I am think about this set up. Thoughts?


Standard PX125/150 Exhaust
Idle Jet 55/160
Air Corrector Jet 160
Atomizer Jet BE3
Main Jet 110
GGR Hot Reed

In short, though, it depends on your elevation and other factors. It seems many people wind up experimenting with jets and air/fuel mix until they get it just right. A local dealer/mechanic may know from experience.
