Added a Stella!

So after owning a Buddy since last fall (now fairly well modified), I've added a red 2005 Stella to the stable. I could go on and on about comparison of the Buddy to the Stella, but in the end they compliment each other so they both have an equal place in my garage.
I bought the Stella from a friend who had a good crank and bearings installed right after he bought it. It also had some of the common mods done, such as the air filter swap and a better flowing exhaust.
First order of business for me was removing all the "accessories" (stickers, rack, etc.), I prefer the sleek look of the scoot on it's own. Second order of business was re-jetting. The jetting was way lean, but after a couple jet swaps it was doing much better. However, the idle was high and it was leaking 2T oil all over the place. I traced it down to the common airbox/reed valve gasket problem. I took it apart and the thin paper gaskets were disintegrating.
So now it's apart until I get around to making gaskets and putting it back together.
I'm happy to have it, it's nice to get out on a 2T shifty once in a while!
