4t wheel choices

Post by xTomBx »

I don't even have it yet, but the "star" wheel on the front of the 4t Stella bugs the crap out of me... I want a more vintage look... What are some options to think about?

I went with the moon style wheel covers. A buddy of mine went with the spokes. Between the two of us we lost 4 wheel covers as we were rolling down the road. We just couldn't get them to stay on the wheels. It was an expensive loss. I eventually went to chrome rims for all three wheels and it looks great.......no issues.

I was actually going to get the moon wheel covers but I may hold off on those. Do you have any photos of your scoot with the chrome rims?

Wait till you see the weird dirty smudges on them that don't clean off.
Looks like someone painted them with a dirty brush.
Drove me nuts until I decided to just not look at them!

Older Ps had the disc style wheels, but I couldn't find them online. Someone must sell those things.

TSR makes some really interesting parts. I'm very curious about their quality.

I thought about that also. I guess I'd have to see them on a bike to see if I like the way they look, it's so hard to tell when their not mounted.
