Bar-end mirrors?

Does anyone know if the Stella handlebars can handle bar-end mirrors? I'm pretty sure that the right grip will work fine, but what concerns me is the left grip. If there's an inner metal tube that doesn't rotate (like on the throttle side), then no problem, but if the whole assembly rotates, then the mirror would rotate too.

I thought I'd ask on here before cutting up or tearing off the hand grips. I love my new Stella 4T, but getting rid of the stock mirrors would go a long way toward improving the looks of the bike.

The whole assembly rotates.

I have thought about that too.
just position the mirror for 4th gear- or whatever your most likely gear is.
you would still have the right mirror to look out of, or your 2 stock mirrors
or turn your head :-)

I am in 4th gear at least for half of the miles on my stella 4t
more likely 3/4 the miles are in 4hth gear so it'd still be useful most of the time

^^^ I ruled out bar-ends due to the rotating grip, but you might have a point there ( positioning it for 4th); as long as it doesn't end up being too heavy.

Well crud... Maybe I'll get a pair of leg shield mirrors instead.

Thanks for the info!

get a forearm mounted mirror. I have not tried it yet. I took my mirror off because of the windshield that I have.
