I've got a new Stella on the way, and I plan to carry a passenger with some frequency.
What accessories do y'all find useful for 2-up riding? Is there a place for the passenger to put her feet if I don't buy the cowl protectors? Is the rear-rack with the backrest useful?
Any other suggestions for making life on the back of my Stella more comfortable?

The passenger is meant to put their feet (mostly heels) on the farthest-back part of the floorboards. There's also passenger foot pegs availible (with or without cowl protectors).
I ride a Vespa GTV, so it's quite a bit different from a Stella. But I have had a load of compliments on how my passengers love having a backrest. That's something you might want to consider. I just have a standalone one that mounts to my rear rack, but I know you can get some without a rack for the Stella. I have a backrest on a topcase I mount occasionally as well, but I haven't taken any passengers since I got it, so no comments on that one just yet. One passenger I had forced her boyfriend to buy a backrest for his Harley after commenting on how comfortable a ride it was with mine.
Her boyfriend never spoke to me after that... he'd been very happy to maintain a no-chrome, totally bare-bones bike before that.
