well I have had my stella for a bit now, about a week, haven't quite got to the 500 mile marker to get the 500 mile service, but already the Headlight quite working (2nd day in), the turn signals quite working (6 days in), brake light (6 days in), Horn, and started wondering with all of these issues is labor covered under the warranty, or just "parts"? Still LOVE my stella, so happy with it.

Covered! Go get it fixed. I think probably every single Stella has some combination of these issues.

I second that.

Check your fuses?

You probably had the guillotine shifter issue with your headlights and horn - that happened on both of my Stellas within the first 500 miles and recurred on my 2005 with some regularity through its life. If you lost the turn signals at the same time as the others though, it might be a fuse or battery issue. The shop should completely cover parts and labor, ask if they can show you what they're doing so you know when it happens after warranty time though - these are easy fixes if you know where to look.

If the shop is good ask them to reroute your headlight cables to a new switch either on the headset or the glovebox. I had the pinching issue and i t kept coming back despite dremeling extra space for the cables. Moving the switch fixed it.

Sometimes if the side cowls are not replaced properly, the signals will act funny. I have had that happen once or twice. Look down at them from the top, if you can see any space between them and the body of the scoot, you need to take them off and replace.

Checking for these very things should be part of prep for a Stella. I know a lot of shops aren't going into the headset and so on, but it's really necessary.
