Sadly I wanted the 4T Service manual not the 4T Parts manual but Scooterworks is going to send me a Service Manual and a RMA for the parts Manual.
I gotta say, It's interesting looking through the diagrams and seeing what changed and what stayed the same.
Good news is from what I can tell the Clutch and Gear stack are the same. The pictures are showing a 6 spring 3 plate clutch.
No Tooth counts on the gears sadly.
I now know the stock Jetting, a 90 Main and 40 Slow. And either my bike is plumbed wrong for the Fuel Cutoff dingus or the diagram is flipped. It shows the line from the tank going in the bottom and the line to the Emissions Canister going from the top.
Attached is my favorite diagram.

It's not listed on the website, I had to order it over the phone as it's a 'Genuine Part' and not a Scooterworks part.Tipper wrote:Cool, are these manuals listed on the scooter works website ?
None of the uk dealers seem to stock this kinda stuff.
The Parts Catalog is 'CAT-STELLA4T' I don't know what the Service Manual is yet.
