Hello - Ok so I purchased a killer 2008 Stella with 250 miles on it just last month and it has had a 2T leak ever since i've had it (the oil is pooling right under the tank on that rubber tray and is spiling out on both sides of the scoot - spraying everywhere.)
I belive that I have centered in on the problem and was wondering if anyone has seen this??? I think that the oil is leaking from the area of the oil tank where the union/union washer and sealing washer are located. At first I thought that it might be the 2T oil hose but it looks to be great and that sucker is thick. So now I think that it might be the washer....
Has anyone had this problem or heard of it? I was thinking that the washer is pretty thin and sort of cheap and might need to be upgraded?
Of course I had a full tank and full oil tank before I ventured into this
