Battery was dead today, or last week when you bought the scoot?

If that's the original battery, you might be due for a replacement. I'd try getting it charged and keeping an eye on it for a few days before replacing chunks of the charging system.

Hi it's not original battery, the guy who sold me the Stella told me that the battery it's ok.. needs to be charged.
today when i went to Battery Store they check it and the batt just receive from the Voltage Regulator 12.3 V. and sales rep, told me that maybe dont need to replace the batt, maybe need to replace the voltage regulator or Stator

Hook a multi-meter up to your battery then rev the bike. If the voltage regulator is bad the voltage will shoot way above the 13-14 volts it should be at. Here is a youtube video to explain.

If the battery and all connections are good, then the stator is bad. It should show around 14V when revved up to 2000-3000 rpm.
