Stella shifter is pretty loose (video)

See how much play there is? Anyone have an idea how to correct this?

Right now, I can''t shift into first gear at all. The last couple times I took her out, I had to go straight from neutral to 2nd.

Looks like you have loose shifter cables. Check the following thread for info on this:

Thanks, that's helpful. I'll see if I can get in there and tighten them up
