Double-checking before I buy.
Looking to buy a new crank for my Stella 2t. Reading around it seems better to buy a non-OEM crank. So, will /any/ P/PX/LML crank fit? I see a bunch of Vespa P or PX cranks around that run cheaper than the ones labelled Stella. Scooterwest also seems to have them listed as being compatible with all three bikes, but I just wanted to be 10000% sure that P/PX/Stella 2t are all interchangeable.

You can use any crank designed for the 125/150 P series. Whether or not the crank is designed for a reed doesn't really matter. You can use stock 125, a full circle, a race-cut, doesn't really matter on our Stellas, just make sure that the stroke is 57mm and the rod is 105mm in length.
Technically, you can use a 60mm "stroker" crank or even a p200 crank, but both require a bunch of tweaking and won't be plug and play like the above.
If you aren't looking to tune up the motor, just get whatever is cheapest. (which oddly enough will never be an LML crank)
