I've been looking for a replacement Stella fuel filter for a while. My original filter cracked and was leaking gas. For those who aren't familiar, Stella fuel filter uses different diameter inlet and outlet. Inlet tubing is 5/16 and the outlet is 1/4. Most local motorcycle shops in my area carries fuel filter that has identical inlet and outlet diameters so I've not had any luck finding one that will fit the Stella without some modification. Not until recently I was able to find this one on Amazon. This is a high quality glass and chrome filter that has different inlet and outlet fitting attachments. I am vary happy with it and believe it's a higher quality fuel filter than the original filter. $8 with free shipping. Hope this helps.
