Anyone modified a low profile seat to fit a Stella 4t instead of 2t?? Let me know which seat and PICTURES of how!!!

A 2T cut-down seat would be problematic on a 4T, due to the hump in the fuel tank. Try looking at a low seat for a Vespa Rally 200, which had a humped fuel tank too.
