140 mpg?

I was looking at Scooterworks of Chicago's website today(I bought my Stella from them last year) and now they claim that the Stella 4T gets 140 mpg while last year they're claim was 110 mpg. Has anything been changed mechanically on the 2014 Stella's?

140 mpg is a 140 pound rider on perfectly flat ground, no wind, perfectly tuned up, with good gasoline. I have never heard of anyone in the US getting more than 100 mpg.

Interestingly enough, the 2014 catalog now days the 4t Stella gets 100 estimated mpg , not the 140 from previous years
