Taking long distance trips in the Stella + sidecar?

So I'm considering a half-state trip across Texas. Anything I should know? Extra parts to carry? Extra fuel? Thanks in advance!
I'd carry:
1 each:
Clutch Cable
Throttle Cable
Rear brake cable
Shift cable
Spare tube
Oil (2T or 4-Stroke depending on model)
Pair of cheap Safety glasses incase you need them (Broken Helmet?)
Rain Gear
Water
Fuses (One for the battery box and one for the under-headset)
