head light flicker

So as my morning ride to work is getting darker I can see the light shining on the road. And when I shift into 3rd gear and when I'm in 3rd gear the headlight flickers. Till I shift in to 4th.
Light is fine in every other gear but 3rd. Any thought about this.

check the wires on the back of the switch, mine were loose,

yep, use a little loctite on the screws and it won't happen again.
