Does the Blur have a headlight beam height adjustment?

I thought I saw this here on the forum before, but I searched and could not find it. I am trying to find out of our headlight beam is adjustable on the Blur. I can not find an adjustment screw anywhere. If anyone knows how to do this, please advise.
