Exhaust welds cracking

Anyone else have this happen? There is a large crack on the inside of the mount. See below

Yup, happened to mine. Replaced under warranty even though I was a few weeks out of the actual warranty period

I can imagine it would be very loud indeed if that were to get much larger. Perhaps I should have left it? Might have improved the sound.

I don't notice it when riding. I'm thinking about removing it and cutting it apart and modifying the inside. The muffler I want to buy is $248.

Yup same thing happened to me too. I had it replaced less than 6 months ago and the new one is doing it too.
