Has anyone here removed the starter? I think that the standard issue GY6 o-ring in the starter to flywheel hole has either popped out or is nicked. I'm getting the slightest bit of oil weeping out of the right rear of the engine (which runs fine), and the o-ring is the next most likely culprit.
Love the scoot, but not the oil drops!

As it turns out, it's a doddle.
Pet carrier out, remove the rubber skirt, locate two 8mm bolts holding the rear of the starter down, undo same, gently tap starter rearwards, pull it clear of the housing, quickly replace the standard GY6 starter o-ring, lube the area for insertion, offer the starter up and gently tap into place, redo the bolts, replace the skirt, reinstall the pet carrier.
Took it for a ride and it's still leaking a tiny bit of oil. On a recommendation, I ordered the NCY pressure relief valve from Scooterworks yesterday. It should arrive today... will update.
