Can't source G-Max upgrades.

It's frustrating when you look at pics on Asian forums and see G-max's fully modded up and here in the U.K. and no doubt U.S. you can't seem to source any descent mods apart from variator and big bore kit. If I had a Runner or Vespa there is a multitude of accessories out there, so why is there not a prolific market for the G-Max? I can only conclude that it is not as popular. I am sure if I went on holiday to Taiwan and came back with a container load of bling I could sell the lot over night on ebay and more.
Must talk to the wife tonight re: holiday to Far East.

I used to know of a taiwanese website you could purchase spoilers, body kits, rims, and performance parts like oil coolers, gauge sets, and cdi's, but I lost the link and it wasnt really important since no one could ever figure out a way to purchase anything.

Welcome to the Club!

The thing about a lot of those custom Gmaxes (GMaxi?) is that they are exactly that, custom. The really crazy looking ones are fabricated in a home or pro shop. I think what happens is that the really popular ones get a small production run. Some of the more generic custom parts are made by larger companies, like NCY, but we're limited on what can be brought into the states, because they are signed up with Scooterworks as NCY's US distributors. Scooterworks has it's hands full, so I don't think it's possible to get custom parts through them.
If you take holiday in Taiwan, let me know, I might have a shopping list ready, lol.
