Any Blur owners in the Pacific Northwest?

I’d like to confirm that all of my deadlight adapters work on the Blur. I know that my Blinker Adapters work. The others will work as well provided the wires are long enough.

If you’re willing to let me borrow your Blur for an afternoon, I’d be more than happy to give you and install the adapter of your choice for free. Your Blur would also be the star of my installation videos for the adapters.

You would have to bring your Blur to my home in North Tacoma. You are welcome to stay or just drop it off for a few hours.

Please PM with any questions.

Do I need an Adapter ?

Hey Kyle , thanks for the posting on the deadlights. I just bought a Blur220 and I asked the dealer about the deadlights. He said to refer to this site to get a wireing diagram. He also said to hook up either the deadlights or the upper lights, not both. I see on your picture that you have "both" working? You also talk about an adapter? Is this mandatory to have both sets working? Anyways any direction would be helpful :D !

Thanks
Todd

Sorry for the delay, I don't venture over to this neck of the woods very often.

I have both my upper DOT and lower deadlights wired to work as running lights and blinkers. With my adapters, you have the option of doing both this way, or just the upper or lower. You must swap out the stock bulbs with LED's if converting both the upper and lower lights to running lights/blinkers.

I'm still looking for a Blur owner near me to let me tinker with thier lights. Anyone interested?
