Here's a link to my first YouTube vid as I ride through snow and ice.
I live in Chicago and have ridden everyday this winter.
Can you like the video? If you think it's good OR you think I'm crazy.
Thanks
David

Thanks,
It makes you learn, QUICKLY, what your scooter can OR can't do. Lol!
I haven't wiped out, but while pushing my blur into a snowy spot, when...
Pow! I fell over with scooter. Lol! Wish I had it recorded.

Great video. Very confidence inspiring. I've not yet braved riding in the snow, ice, and heavily salted roads.
I imagine you don't have to contend with much with hills in Chicago.
Can you give us some tips from your experience - other than "take it slow"?

Rush,
Thanks for the encouragement.
I think I will post some of my experience riding through winter.
Take it slow is a must.
#1 MIND SET... It is the most
important aspect of riding,
REGARDLESS of conditions.
How confident are you when
You gear up? Prepare to start your
Ride? Are you confident
Before I blather on. I think I'll
As well as a review of my equipment.
I've had a few experiences with
Good brand names.
Would you be interested?

Btw, I added a review of my Tourmaster winter Jacket.
Take a look/see and let me know your thought.
Thanks

How much corrosion did you experience this past winter?
I rode my bicycle through 2009-2010's winter here and the road salt and snow just ate it up. It's been sitting in my closet ever since.
