Boiled it down to these two, I like both but the Win & Bet by Kymco is water cooled but could not find much info on it. Both are around the same price. Any suggestions or comments.

design: pgo gmax/ blur wins
Gmax is excellent in twisties, low profile center monoshock geometry, very stable at high speeds, and better handling
Besides bet and win design on my taste is really outdated
Perormance: gmax/blur 150 is better in acceleration coz its lighter and engine n exhaust gives better bottom end
Top end goes to bet and win but then again, its got bigger engine displacement(though gmax is available in 250cc )
Lots of Performance parts available for gmax/blur 150
For me blur/gmax wins

Between the Blur and the B&W 150, the Blur is the better bike. However, there is a B&W 250 available which would be pretty sweet to have if you can't find a Blur. The Blur is a bit more nimble and quicker because it's a hair lighter and has that 6-point sport bike rear suspension on it. Otherwise they're pretty even scooters.
