Has anyone replaced their roller weights in the Blur? I just bought some 11g's.

Speaking of roller weights, I ran across some posts about
Sliding Roller Weights in Modern Vespa. Has anyone tried them?
Dr. Pulley makes a 14g model (18x14) for the GMAX 150. Available for $30 from scootertronics with free shipping.
Would this be worth looking into should I feel like voiding my warrantee?

I spoke with some people at Genuine. The Blur comes with 12g's. If you want to make it quicker, you put in lighter weights. If you want the top end higher you replace with heavier weights.

I suppose the higher weight of the sliding weights gives a higher top speed, and the non round shape improves low end torque for quick starts? Does that make sense?

Have you noticed any change since you installed these?

I sold my Blur before having installed the weights.
